Mine took about 3 weeks from when I ordered it till it landed in New York, and that was for a custom one. They do ship from Europe so it's not super fast.

Yeah, usually their codes aren't stackable, so if something's already on sale, the code won't apply. It's a bummer, but pretty standard for most stores.

Can you actually use LED bulbs in these? Or are they stuck with incandescent or something?

That's the one thing. Custom items are usually final sale because they're made just for you. So be super sure before you confirm your order.

I think for personalized stuff, returns aren't usually an option. You should double-check their policy on the site, but afaik, custom orders are non-refundable unless there's a defect.

Oh yeah, totally different league. My lamp from Lumeo feels super solid and well-made, not like some of the mass-produced stuff. My friend got one from Made.com and it just doesn't compare, honestly.

I'd say it's way better. LightOnline is okay but Lumeo's customizable options and the material quality just feel more premium. You're paying for it, but you get it.
